So habe ich die Musik von Iona Fyfe entdeckt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Song <strong>Swing and Turn\u00a0<\/strong>stammt aus dem neuen Album <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Dark Turn of Mind (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.folkradio.co.uk\/2019\/01\/iona-fyfe-dark-turn-of-mind\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dark Turn of Mind<\/a> das vom Folk Radio besprochen wurde. Folk Radio schreibt zu Swing and Turn:  <br>&#8222;As for those iconic tradition-bearers mentioned earlier \u2013 Jean Ritchie was the source for the lively, upbeat\u00a0<em>Swing and Turn<\/em>. Iona was inspired to take on this song after seeing it performed by Boston singer\/fiddler Laura Cortese at the Orkney Folk Festival, and her own arrangement seems to celebrate the host of links between Scottish and Appalachian traditions.\u00a0&#8222;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guise of Tough &#8211; Celtic Connections 2018<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf diesem Video ist der
