Pajarillos werden typischerweise auf einem <strong>Cuatro<\/strong> gespielt. Das Cuatro ist eine kleine vierseitige Gitarre die sehr viel \u00c4hnlichkeit mit einer Tenor Ukulele hat. Aber Pajarillo ist ein Tanz der auch oft in anderen Besetzungen gespielt wird. So spielt der bekannte Geiger Alexis Cardenas den Pajarillo auf seiner Geige. Auch auf der Querfl\u00f6te wird der Pajarillo h\u00e4ufig gespielt. Die Struktur des Pajarillo ist sehr einfach, immer wieder wiederholen sich die selben drei Akkorde. Die Kunst dabei ist es so toll zu improvisieren, dass es doch immer interessant bleibt, auch wenn so ein Pajarillo manchmal fast 10 Minuten lang dauert. Auch wenn ein Cuatro nur vier Saiten hat &#8211; es bietet ganz tolle M\u00f6glichkeiten diese drei Akkorde auf hunderterlei Arten zu spielen. Duch die Anschlagstechnik die der Flamenco Technik auf der Gitarre sehr \u00e4hnlich ist werden fantastische Kl\u00e4nge erzeugt.<\/p>\n<p>Das folgende Video zeigt eine Version gespielt von Bandola Llanera, Cuatro, Gitarre, Bassgitarre und <strong>Maracas<\/strong> &#8211; die Maracas d\u00fcrfen bei Venezolanischer Musik auch nie fehlen. Als Soloinstrument ist wieder ein virtuos gespieltes Cuatro zu h\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<h2>Pajarillo y Chipola. Es beginnt mit einer Jazz Version mit Huascar Barradas (Querfl\u00f6te) und Jorge Polanco (Cuatro). Dann gibt es noch eine Version mit der Gruppe Recoveco wieder mit Alexis Cardenas an der Violine und Ricardo Sandoval (Cuatro). Auch am Berkeley College of Music wurde schon Pajarillo gespielt, eine Version mit Violine, eine andere mit Querfl\u00f6te, beides mal geleitet und bearbeitet von Sandro Morales Santoro.<\/p>\n<p>Dann gibt es noch ein ganz tolles Video vom Abschluss eines Konzertes des Simon Bolivar Jugendorchsters bei den Proms &#8211; den Promenadenkonzerten des BBC.
