Seine Instrumente werden von den besten Mandolinenspielerinnen und Mandolinenspielern gespielt. Auf eine Mandoline von Alfred Woll muss man bis zu 7 Jahren warten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In seinem gerade erschienenen Buch &#8222;Die Kunst des Mandolinenbaus&#8220; &#8211; Entwicklungsgeschichte und Bau der Mandoline &#8211; hat Alfred Woll seine Kenntnisse \u00fcber Mandolinen in herausragender Weise geteilt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In f\u00fcnf Kapiteln pr\u00e4sentiert Woll zun\u00e4chst die Herkunft der Mandoline, den Mandolinenbau in Italien um 1900, die Mandoline in Deutschland, die Entstehung der Seiffert-Mandoline und seine Schritte zum eigenen Modell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im folgenden zweiten Teil zeigt Alfred Woll anschlie\u00dfend im Detail wie eine moderne Mandoline gebaut wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Anhang gibt Alfred Woll dann noch einige wichtige Tipps f\u00fcr die Pflege und Instandhaltung der Mandoline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Buch ist durchwegs mit hochwertigen und aussagekr\u00e4ftigen Fotos illustriert. Alfred Woll hat historische Instrumente, Seiffert-Mandolinen und seine eigenen Modelle toll in Szene gesetzt.
