{"id":3763,"date":"2010-11-29T11:50:27","date_gmt":"2010-11-29T10:50:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gezupftes.de\/?p=3763"},"modified":"2018-03-08T14:51:55","modified_gmt":"2018-03-08T13:51:55","slug":"pettersson-fredriksson-nyckelharpa-mandola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gezupftes.de\/?p=3763","title":{"rendered":"Pettersson &#038; Fredriksson &#8211; Nyckelharpa &#038; Mandola &#8211; Toller Sound aus Schweden"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Pettersson &amp; Fredriksson<\/strong> &#8211; Nyckelharpa und Nordic Mandola\u00a0 &#8211; ein tolles Duo aus Schweden mit einem grossartigen nordischen Sound.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Daniel Fredriksson<\/strong> war 2009 in beim TFF Rudolstadt am Magic Lute Project beteiligt (siehe meinen Blogbeitrag vor einigen Tagen).<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Fredriksson spielt eine <strong>Nordic Mandola<\/strong>, ein Instrument das in den 1980er Jahren von Ale M\u00f6ller zusammen mit zwei Instrumentenbauern konzipiert wurde.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The history of the nordic mandola is rather short \u2013 it was developed by swedish multi-musician Ale M\u00f6ller and luthiers Christer \u00c5din and Anders Ekvall in the 80s.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Die Nordic Mandola ist ein Instrument mit 10 Saiten in 5 Ch\u00f6ren, dabei sind die beiden tiefen Saiten verl\u00e4ngert. Normalerweise w\u00e4re die Stimmung eines solchen Instrumente:<\/p>\n<p>C &#8211; G &#8211; D &#8211; A- E<\/p>\n<p>Durch das Verl\u00e4ngern der Saiten ist die tiefste (5.) Saite nun auf A gestimmt, die zweittiefste (4.) auf F. Durch spezielle Mini-Kapos (Pin Point Capos) kann jede Saite aber um ein oder mehrere Halbt\u00f6ne nach oben gestimmt werden, je nachdem welche Basst\u00f6ne man f\u00fcr ein St\u00fcck braucht. Es ist also auch die Stimmung C G D A E wie bei einem Liuto m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Most nordic mandolas have 5 choruses, with octaves on the C and G string.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>But here\u2019s the little peculiarity with this instrument. As Ale and \u00c5din\/Ekvall developed the instrument, they found a need to be able to have different drones in the base. This led to the invention of something called \u201cpin point capos\u201d. The pin point capo is a little screw with a rubber packing on it which goes into holes drilled in the fretboard. This allows for shortening of single strings, and thus being able to change the base notes \u2013 without changing the tuning. The base strings are usually elongated\/theorbed so the lowest string goes down to A, and the second goes to F.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mit der Nordic Mandola kann man sehr tiefe T\u00f6ne spielen &#8211; es klingt richtig nach Bass &#8211; das kann man bei einigen St\u00fccken aus der neuen CD sehr gut h\u00f6ren. Auf den hohen Saiten kann man gut Melodien oder Akkorde spielen.
