Eine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.federmandolino.it\/gioviale.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Biographie von Gioviale<\/a> findet man auf der Homepage der Federazione Mandolinistica Italiana. (itali. und engl.)<\/p>\n<p>Zwischen 1926 und 1929 war Gioviale in New York, w\u00e4hrend dieser Zeit machte er auch viele Aufnahmen &#8211; dabei spiete er teilweise auch das damals sehr popul\u00e4re Mandolinenbanjo (Banjoline). Die Aufnahmen von Giovanni Gioviale sind\u00a0 zum Beispiel auf einer CD bei Acoustic Oasis von David Grisman erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n<p>Gioviales Kompositionen werden auch heute noch gerne gespielt, vor allem in Italien.
