They performed Christmas music plus some of their favourite original songs-in their trademark perfect harmony\u2013at the NAC Studio in Ottawa. The audience really felt like they were hanging out in Dala\u2019s dining room, laughing constantly at their between-song banter.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>[ Link nicht mehr g\u00fcltig ]<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Konzert singen Dala auch eine sch\u00f6ne Version des kanadischen Weichnachtsliedes <strong>Huron Carol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dala<\/strong> &#8211; der Name ist abgeleitet aus den Namen der beiden S\u00e4ngerinnen Da: Aman<strong>da<\/strong> Walther, La: Shei<strong>la<\/strong> Carabine. Das kanadische Duo gibt es seit 2002. Das Duo wurde f\u00fcr den Juno nominiert und hat 2010 den Canadian Folk Music Award f\u00fcr die Vocal Group des Jahres gewonnen.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Homepage kann man folgendes lesen:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Juno nominees and winners of the 2010 Canadian Folk Music Award for Vocal Group of the Year, Amanda Walther and Sheila Carabine of\u00a0Dala write and sing in harmony best described as angelic. \u00a0These two best friends met in their high school music class in 2002; they have since released five albums and toured extensively across North America.
