Dabei hat er Elemente des Swing und des Bluegrass zusammengebracht. Viele St\u00fccke von David Grisman haben das Wort &#8222;dawg&#8220;\u00a0 im Titel, so zum Beispiel die beiden St\u00fccke <strong>Dawgmatism<\/strong> und <strong>Dawgma<\/strong> \u00fcber die ich heute schreiben will.<\/p>\n<p>Beide St\u00fccke basieren auf demselben Harmonieschema und auch weitgehend dieselbe Melodie, bei Dawgmatism in ruhigem Temo, bei Dawgma schnell und rhythmisch gespielt. Die Harmonien des ersten Teils sind dieselben wie beim ersten Teil des Jazz Klassikers Autumn Leaves.
