In der Library of Congress gibt es eine Reihe von Noten für Mandoline. Darunter sind viele Bearbeitungen von Märschen von John Philip Sousa für Besetzungen mit Mandoline und Gitarre oder Klavier. Daneben gibt es weitere Stücke aus der Zeit um 1900. In diesem Beitrag stelle ich den ersten Teil der Noten vor, ergänzt durch einige Videos von Märschen von John Philip Sousa.
