Die Mandoline wird im Gegensatz zur Ukulele heutzutage nur selten als Begleitinstrument zum Gesang eingesetzt. Darum habe ich mich gefreut als ich die Videos von Bonnie Sims gefunden habe.
Bonnie Sims nutzt die Mandoline gekonnt um ihre Songs zu begleiten. Für ihren youtube Kanal hat sie viele Songs nur mit Mandoline begleitet aufgenommen.
Inzwischen hat sie ihre Band Bonnie & the Clydes gegründet in der sie singt und Mandoline oder Gitarre spielt.
